"A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly.
Specialization is for insects."
These pages are a representation of the kind of photography that I do. It is by no means a comprehensive display of my work. My best work is kept for limited edition prints on archival materials. The images here are good to excellent, but often lack a real statement. I search for that statement and reserve those images for the people who can appreciate fine art and support artists by buying their work.
That is not to say that those of you visiting my pages don't appreciate fine art. But I think you will agree that if I post some of those best images on the net they will find their way into other people's websites and diminish the value of the limited edition prints.
Thank you very much for visiting my pages and I hope you enjoy the images as much as I do getting them. If you are interested in seeing my limited edition prints, stay tuned. I will be setting up a commercial website soon where I will be selling the best of the best. Not only that, I will soon be joining the arts and crafts show circuits and looking for a semi-permanent gallery to display and sell my work.
